Growth & Business Development

Responsibilities

  • Using data and research to develop and execute business development strategy and sales pipeline
  • Analyzing and optimizing key metrics (LTV, CAC, churn, ARPU, etc.) among customer/user segments
  • Working relentlessly toward finding new opportunities and growth channels.
  • Communicating frequently with customers (mostly content publishers and marketing agencies) to learn how we can better serve them.

Qualifications

  • Several years of relevant experience (ideally in media tech or marketing/advertising)
  • Excellent communication skills and strong sense of hustle
  • Strong familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and other tools.
  • An interest in VR and immersive content is a plus
